My daughter's room is a variety of things that are dear to me. I have a print that was in my room as a baby, I had it re-mated and framed. You may have an old childhood relic that you can re-touch and put in your childs room. I also have a little wall hanging of little mice taking a bubble bath. It is on a plank of wood and dates back to the 70's and was also from my old bedroom. I smile and remember my childhood everytime I see it. My daughter who is 2 loves it! I also hung a pair of pink satin ballerina slipers that she wore as an infant. It was a lovely touch to her "unique" room. ALL thease are things you can do to decorate your childs room on a BUDGET! and who is not on a budget today? Hopes this inspires your creative, money saving juices.
